Rural Development Department Jammu Waiting List Released
Appointment of Candidates for the post of “Panchayat Secretary” (Wait List) Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, District Cadre Samba.
Reference:
i. J&K, Service Selection Board letter No: JKSSB-Scry/3/2024-03 (E-7402474) dated 24-05-2024.
ii. Administrative Department (Rural Development & Panchayati Raj) letter No RDD Estt/ONG/4/4/2024-12 (E-7628787) dated: 27-05-2025.
Pursuant to the recommendations received from the Service Selection Board, J&K, Jammu/Srinagar, through the Administrative Department, RDD&PR vide letter numbers and date referred above, sanction is hereby accorded to the temporary appointment of the following candidates as “Panchayat Secretary” in District Cadre Samba in the pay level of Rs. 19900-63200 (L-2) with immediate effect:
The above appointment shall be subject to the following conditions:
The appointee(s) shall report to the office of the undersigned within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of this appointment order, failing which their appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio without any further notice. As per circular No. 08-JK (GAD) of 2019 dated 04.12.2019 issued by General Administration Department, J&K.
They shall be allowed to join only on production of the following certificates in original:
a. Academic/Technical qualification certificates
b. Date of Birth certificate
c. Domicile Certificate
d. Category Certificate (if any)
e. Certificate of no disciplinary action/criminal proceedings from any competent authority
Prior to joining, they must submit an Undertaking on prescribed format.
Their salary shall be released only after the receipt of satisfactory character and antecedent verification reports.
The appointment shall further be subject to:
a. Fulfillment of all eligibility conditions
b. Verification of all documents by DDO
c. Medical Fitness Certificate
d. Character and antecedent verification
Any misrepresentation or suppression of facts shall lead to cancellation of appointment without notice.
This appointment is subject to the outcome of any writ petition(s)/OAs, if any, pending
