It is for the information of all HOIs of ITIs Government/Private (UTJK & UT Ladakh) and Principals Government Polytechnic College for Boys/Women Srinagar/Jammu and Principal Government Degree College for Women, Prade Jammu that the provisional selection list(s) (round 2″1 have been generated and made available on the portal (Itlikdsd.in), for the academic session, 2023-24/25 which shall be placed on the respective websites for the information of students. Furthermore, the following Instructions should be adhered to in letter and spirit during the course of admission process .

1. HOIS shall ensure that selection lists) are made public only after proper check at their level. In case any discrepancy is found, the same may be conveyed at [email protected] by or before 4.00 PM today positively, in case no objections are received within the prescribed date/time it will be deemed as final selection list.

2. Institution level committees shall be framed for the proper counselling of the students to be enrolled.

3. Tp ensure 100% admission In every Institution, HOTS shall devise the mechanism accordingly by making either phone calls to the selected candidates or by using the system of bulk SMS or any other method which is convenient.

4. The 2nd round of admission shall commence from 4th August, 2023 till 10th August 2023 and updation process shall be carried out simultaneously so as to ensure that the academic session will start well In time.

5. The HOIs shall keep the record gender wise of the candidates to be admitted on daily basis and shall forward the same to the respective Joint Directors. CA/.
