SKIMS Interview Notice, Check Details
It is for the information of all the candidates who have applied for the posts of Senior Resident under Advertisement Notification No. SIMS/ACAD/ 04 of 2025 dated: 28.08.2025 that their INTERVIEW shall be held on 27th of September, 2025 in the New Board Room (Administration Block), SKIMS.
All the candidates who have applied for the posts of Senior Resident are advised to report Academic Section (University Block, Opposite Emergency Block), SKIMS at 10:00 A.M positively on the date of Interview along with all documents / certificates,
research papers, certificate (s) of merit/distinction, / N.OC (In-case already in Service) in Original for verification of documents / credentials.
Note : The provisional list (ANNEXURE-A) has been framed on the basis of data provided by the candidates on his/her application form. SKIMS (Deemed University) is not responsible for fake/fictitious information (if any) and the candidature of such
candidates shall be rejected without any further notice. as Candidates may note that mere figuring in the list of provisionally eligible candidate (ANNEXURE-A) does not confer any right for appearing in Interview or selection Senior Resident. It is subject to the verification of credentials/original documents/certificates.
Candidate(s) who have any query regarding provisional list of eligible candidates, can approach to Academic Section, SKIMS by or before 25th of September, 2025 (01:00 P.M) failing which no query whatsoever shall be entertained.
Candidate(s) who have pending document (if any), can submit the same in Academic Section, SKIMS by the date of Interview, failing which they shall not be allowed to appear for Interview and their candidature shall be REJECTED ab initio without any
further notice.
The document must be issued before the last date of receipt of application. Candidate(s) may note that the attendance for appearing in Interview shall be closed at 10:15 A.M.
No candidate(s) shall be allowed to enter after cut-off timing.
