Documents verification for candidates falling in the merit on the basis of written test for the post of Classifier-cum-Cataloguer advertised vide notification no. 09 (Secy.) of 2023 dated 19.07.2023 -regarding. Owing to the lacking of the requisite documents and non-fulfillment of eligibility conditions as per advertisement, the candidate called for documents verification was declared ineligible for the post of Classifier-cum- Cataloguer vide notification no. 20 (Secy.) of 2024 dated 07.02.2024.

Hence, the candidates falling next in consideration zone in the ratio of (1:3) on the basis of performance of written test held on 06.11.2023 vis-a-vis provisional result declared vide no. AUJ/Secy./23-24/SLF-16/2307-09 dated 04.12.2023 for the post of Classifier-cum-Cataloguer are hereby called for documents verifications as per the schedule given hereunder:

Further, the aforesaid candidates are required to carry the following original documents/certificates as well as photocopies of the following documents, along with one self-attested copies, before the designated Document Verification-cum-Selection Committee on the date of documents verification

a) Copy of online application form and admit card of written examination

b) Copy of the result sheet downloaded by the candidate

c) Two Passport size recent Colour Photograph.

d) One original Photo ID Proof i.e. Aadhar card/pan Card/passport etc.

e) D.O.B Certificate (1oth Diploma /Marks card).

f) Valid Reservation Category Certificate, if applicable.

g) Domicile certificate.

h) l0+2 Marks sheet /Diploma.

i) Copy of the Essential qualification documents as per advertisement notification.

j) Other documents aa per the advertisement.

k) Ex- serviceman (if applicable)

i. Discharge Certificate, if discharged from the Armed Forces.

ii. An Ex-Serviceman shall be required to produce a certificate in form_ XIV duly signed by t}le competent authority as provided in the rule 18 of Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Rules, 2005,

iii, No Objection Certificate, in case already employed in Govemment/ Govemment Undertakings.
