SKUAST-Jammu Important Notification

It is for the information of all degree recipients who have consented to receive degrees in-person during 8th Convocation to be held on 4th of January, 2024 that fees as prescribed below would be charged:

Particulars Amount:-

1. Fee for Degree Certificate with folder in convocation :- Rs.500/-

2. Security for Gown (refundable) :- Rs.1000/-

3. Rent for Gown :- Rs. 200/-

Total :- Rs.1700/

The rehearsal for the convocation would take place at Baba Jitto Auditorium. SKUAST-Jammu on 2nd and 3rd of January, 2024, at 11:00 a.m sharp. Degree recipients, attending the rehearsal will only be allowed to receive degree in person during the convocation day i.e on 4th, of January, 2024.

Degree recipients can have their robbing gowns after depositing the fee as per details given above, from the Lecture theatre I and II, FoA, Chatha, on 1st and 2nd of January, 2024. All the students shall return their robbing gowns after the convocation on 4th of January, 2024 after 02:00 p.m in the Lecture theatre I and II, FoA, Chatha.
