SKUAST Jammu Notification Regarding Document verification of Various Posts

Document verification of candidates falling under Consideration Zone for the post of Audio Visual Operator, Sound Man, Carpenter, Electrician and Work Supervisor (Civil), advertised vide Notification No 09 (Secy.) of 2023 dated: 19.07.2023-regarding

Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Science and Technology of Jammu vide notification No. AUJ/Secy./23-24/SLF-16/541 dated 18.04.2024 issued the result of the candidates appeared in the OMR Based Written Examination on 05.03.2024 &. 11.03.2024 for the posts of (i) Audio Visual Operator (ii) Sound Man (iii) Carpenter (iv) Electrician and (v) Work Supervisor (Civil), advertised vide Notification No 09 (Secy.) of 2023 dated: 19.07.2023.

Accordingly, based on the score obtained by the candidates in the written test, the candidates falling under Consideration Zone (1:1), as figuring in Annexure-A to E to this notification, are hereby called upon to appear physically before the designated Document Verification-cum-Selection Committee of the University for verification/scrutiny of documents for post of (i) Audio Visual Operator (ii) Sound Man (iii) Carpenter (iv) Electrician and (v) Work Supervisor (Civil) on 24.05.2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the Meeting Hall of Registrar Office, SKUAST-Jammu, Chatha, Jammu-180009.

It may be noted that mere figuring of name in list of provisional candidates for document verification will not entitle the candidates to be included in the Selection List. During the document verification, if any of the candidate does not possess the qualification • as per the advertisement or any other shortcoming found thereafter, his/her candidature is liable to be rejected abinitio.

Further candidates figuring in the annexure enclosed herewith are required to carry the following original documents/certificates as well as photocopies of the following documents, along with one self-attested copies, before the designated Document Verification-cum-Selection Committee :

a) Copy of online application form and admit card of written examination.

b) Copy of the result sheet downloaded by the candidate

c) Two Passport size recent Colour Photograph.

d) One original Photo ID Proof i.e. Aadhar card/PAN Card/Passport etc.

e) D.O.B Certificate (10th Diploma /Marks card).
