SKUAST Kashmir Conduct of Skill / Practical Test for Various posts
It is notified for the information of all the candidates who have applied for the post/s of Media Producer & Editor and/or Print & Online Journalist in pursuance to the University advertisement notification No. 08 of 2023 dated 13.07.2023 and appeared in the OMR based written examination held on 28.07.2024 (Sunday) at SKUAST-K, Main Campus, Shalimar, that the Skill/Practical Test is
scheduled on 03 rd & 4 th November, 2025 at Educational Multimedia Research Centre (EMRC), University of Kashmir, Hazratbal, Srinagar.
Name of the Post : Media Producer & EditorÂ
Date of Examination : 3rd November, 2025 (Monday)
Name of the Post : Print & Online Journalist
Date of Examination : 04th November, 2025 (Tuesday)
The admit cards shall be hosted on the University website w.e.f 28 th October, 2025 (Tuesday) 11:00AM onwards. Candidates can download the admit cards by logging-in to their respective accounts from university URL using login credentials.
Candidates are also advised, in their own interest, to regularly visit the University Website for further updates, if any, in this regard.
It is further notified that :
i. The candidates for Media Producer & Editor must carry a show-reel of 2-3 minutes in MP4 format about their previous work samples.
ii. The candidates for Print & Online Journalist must carry a single page biodata describing their profile and relevant experience in the field.
iii. Candidates may also choose to have both print and electronic video of their introduction.
