SKUAST Kashmir Notice Regarding Document verification
Document verification of the candidates falling under zone of consideration for the post(s) of Assistant-cum-Typist advertised
vide Notification No. 04 of 2024 dated 25.06.2024 – reg.

NOTICE
Consequent upon the declaration of result(s) of the OMR based written Test and the Skill/Type Test by Controller of Examination, the candidates appearing in Annexure to this notice, are hereby informed to appear in-person for Document Verification/ascertaining of eligibility before the designated committee on 11th of November, 2025 (10.30 am) at Hall No. 1 at Registrar’s Office, SKUAST-K, Shalimar, Srinagar.
The Candidates are informed to bring along following documents (in original) as well as self-attested Xerox copies thereof;
a) Copy of Online Application form
b) D.O.B Certificate (Certificate & Marks card of Class 10th)
c) 10+2 Qualification Certificate & Marks card
d) Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree Certificate & Marks card (If applicable)
e) Reservation category certificate (If applicable) (Category certificate acquired by the candidate after the expiry of last date of
receipt of application forms shall not entertained)
f) Domicile certificate
g) Two recent Passport size photographs
h) Other documents as per prescribed qualification indicated in the advertisement.
Terms & Conditions :
✓ The candidate(s) who fail to produce any certificate / testimonial(s) in original before the Document Verification Committee at the time of Document Verification shall forfeit their candidature.
✓ The candidate(s) who fail to appear in-person, for verification of documents & ascertaining of eligibility on the above date shall not be called later and shall forfeit the right for consideration.
✓ In case any deficiency with reference to eligibility, etc is established/proved at the time of Document Verification or subsequently, the candidate shall not be considered for selection and will be treated as disqualified ab-intio.
✓ Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated/tampered documents/testimonials or making false, incorrect or suppressing material information shall be liable for criminal prosecution under law and shall be debarred from all the future exams of the University. Also canvassing/lobbying in any form will entail disqualification of the candidate.
✓ No further call letter shall be issued to any candidate(s), whose name(s) appear in the Annexure to this Notice & the candidates are required to appear in-person before the designated committee on the scheduled date& time.
✓ Candidates must note that the list of the candidates, appearing in the Annexure to this notice is not the final selection list. The number of candidate called for document verification is higher than the actual number of vacancies advertised.
✓ Mere figuring of name in the list does not entitle the candidate to be selected for the post.
✓ Final selection of the candidate(s) shall be subject to fulfilment of eligibility conditions, availability of vacancies and scrutiny of all testimonials and the list of selected candidate shall be notified separately.
