Document verification of the candidates falling under zone of consideration for the post of Carpenter advertised vide
Notification No. 03 of 2022 dated 01.08.2022 – reg.
NOTICE
Consequent upon the declaration of result by the Controller of Examination vide No. AU/COE/R-5/2023/1971-1975 dated 09.12.2023 for the post of Carpenter, the candidates, whose details are given in Annexure to this notice, as per the merit obtained the University Recruitment Test are hereby informed to appear in-person for Document Verification/ascertaining of eligibility before the designated committee on 2nd February, 2026 (11:00 am) at Hall No. 1 at Registrar’s Office, SKUAST-K, Shalimar, Srinagar.

The Candidates are informed to bring along following documents (in original) as well as self-attested Xerox copies thereof;
a) Copy of Online Application form
b) D.O.B Certificate (Certificate & Marks card of Class 10th)
c) 10+2 Qualification Certificate & Marks card
d) Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree Certificate & Marks card (If applicable)
e) Reservation category certificate (If applicable). (Category certificate acquired by the candidate after the expiry of last date of
receipt of application forms shall not be entertained)
f) Domicile certificate
g) Two recent Passport size photographs
h) Other documents as per prescribed qualification indicated in the advertisement.
Terms & Conditions :
The candidate(s) who fail to produce any certificate / testimonial(s) in original before the Document Verification Committee at the time of Document Verification shall forfeit their candidature.
The candidate(s) who fail to appear in-person, for verification of documents & ascertaining of eligibility on the above date shall not be called later and shall forfeit the right for consideration.
In case any deficiency with reference to eligibility, etc is established/proved at the time of Document Verification or subsequently, the candidate shall not be considered for selection and will be treated as disqualified ab-intio.
Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated/tampered documents/testimonials or making false, incorrect or suppressing material information shall be liable for criminal prosecution under law and shall be debarred
