SKUAST-Kashmir Notification Regarding Document Verification
2nd Round of Document Verification/Counselling in Online mode in respect of eligible candidates for provisional admission to various Masters Degree Programmes under Other State/ NRI-Sponsored categories for the Academic Session 2024-25
NOTICE
It is notified for the information of all concerned that the 2nd Round of Document Verification/ Counselling in respect of eligible candidates, for leftover seats who have applied online in response to Admission Notice No. Au/Acad/UET (UG-PG)-2024/382-430 dated 12-04-2024 for provisional admission to various Master’s Degree Programmes under Other State/ NRI-sponsored Categories shall be conducted in Online Mode as per inter-se-merit scheduled here under:
1. The candidates are required to compulsorily furnish two sets (one each in original & Xerox) of the following documents at the time of Of Document Verification at Academic Block, SKUAST-K, Shalimar I. D.O.B Certificate (le Certificate from Competent Board/University)
ii. 10H-2,Marlcs Certificate from the Competent Board/University:
iii. Provisional Degree Certificate of qualifying examination
iv. Character Certificate from College/University/Institute last attended
v. Migration Certificate from the College/University/Institute last attended
vi. Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority
vii. Print out of Online Application Form viii. Passport size front-pose photographs (4 nos)
2. In case of allotment of seat, the candidates shall have to pay in full & on-spot the prescribed annual fee, as the case may be, and non -refundable counselling fee of Rs 1000/- (if not already paid), excluding Hostel Fee.
3. In case a candidate fails to deposit the requisite prescribed Annual fee, in. full and the Counselling Fee of Rs 1000/- (non-refundable) at the time of Counselling, he /she shall forfeit the selection /admission and the seat so forfeited shall be offered to the immediate next candidate in order of merit
4. After allotment of scat the candidates are required to attend, on their own expenses the Document Verification in physical mode on stipulated date/time and venue, which will be notified separately, failing which their candidature for provisional admission shall not be considered at their own risk & responsibility.
