SKUAST Kashmir Shortlisting of candidates for CBTT Skill Test

Shortlisting of candidates for Computer Based Type Test (CBTT)/Skill Test for the post/s of Assistant-cum-Typists (ACTs), advertised vide Notification No. 04 of 2024 dated: 25.06.2024.

Whereas, the University conducted OMR based written examination for the post/s of Assistant-cum-Typists (ACTs) advertised vide Notification No. 04 of 2024 dated: 25.06.2024 on 18th May, 2025 (Sunday) at Srinagar; and

Whereas, the result/scoresheet for the above said examination was notified vide Notification No.AU/COE/R-5(ACT)/2025/931-941 dated 16.07.2025; and

Whereas, the University intends to conduct the CBTT/skill test of the provisionally eligible shortlisted candidates, tentatively in the last week of August, 2025 at National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), Rangreth, Srinagar.

Whereas, the number of candidates to be selected for appearing in the Computer Based Type Test (CBTT)/skill test shall be thirty times the total number of vacancies to be filled up in each category and

Accordingly, the candidates who are falling in the zone of consideration for the conduct of CBTT for the aforementioned post/s have been short-listed for appearing in CBTT/skill test and are hereby notified as given in Annexure-A to this notice.

Further, the details including the exact date/s and venue of the test shall be notified separately.
It is further notified that:

i. Mere calling a candidate for CBTT/skill test does not confer right upon him/her for selection and that he/she has to fulfil other eligibility conditions, as laid down by the university.

ii. Any candidate, who fails to appear in the CBTT/skill test on the given date, shall forfeit his/her right of consideration at any stage.

iii. Candidates are advised to carry Admit Card, one original photo ID proof i.e Aadhaar Card/Voter Card/PAN Card/ Passport etc. mandatorily on the day of CBTT/skill test
