SKUAST Kashmir Winter Vacation Announced for Students

Declaration of winter vacation for students – reg.

University Order No. 25 – (Acad.) of 2025 Dated : 18 – 12 – 2025

As Approved by the Competent Authority, it is hereby ordered that, university shall observe winter vacation for students for a period of 40 days w.e.f. 22-12-2025 to 30-01-2026 across all Faculties / Colleges.

Further ordered that :

The ongoing examination/s shall be conducted as per the notified date sheet(s).

The leftover instructional programme (if any) shall be imparted through Online mode. Concerned Deans / Associate Deans shall notify schedule(s) for the same. Hostels across all Faculties / Colleges shall remain closed except for those Masters / Ph.D students who are availing hostel facilities and are engaged in Lab. / Research Work, which shall be certified / authenticated by concerned Major Advisor / HoD Director Education shall monitor smooth conduct of instructional programme across all the Faculties / Colleges (wherever required) during the period of vacation Wardens across all Faculties / Colleges shall ensure cleanliness / minor repairs
(wherever necessary) of their respective hostels, during the period of vacations
