Traffic Police Advisory For Navratra festival
W.E.F 22.09.2025 TO 01.10.2025.
On the eve of Navratra festival commencing w.e.f. 22.09.2025, general public particularly those visiting Kali Mata Mandir Bagh-e-Bahu Jammu during the celebration of Holy Navratra festival for paying obeisance, are advised to follow the particular route to reach the respective temple to minimize the traffic pressure / chaos.
1. During the Navratra festival period, there will be one-way vehicular traffic movement towards the Bagh-e-Bahu Temple to keep the Bahu fort route free from obstructions.
2. P/S Bagh-e-Bahu crossing will be diversion point and all vehicles (LMVs / PSVs) going towards Bahu fort shall be diverted from P/S Bagh-e-Bahu Crossing towards Qasim Nagar and from where vehicles shall further be diverted towards Bye-pass Road NHW and Forest Check post and then towards Kali Mata Mandir.
3. The devotees and motorists are advised to follow the one-way route strictly to keep the road free fro movement of devotee vehicles without any obstacles.
4. During Navratra days No Heavy Vehicles (HMVs) shall be allowed to enter from Bye-pass Naka NHW (Sidhra Road) towards Bagh-e-Bahu / Bahu fort area.
5. The devotees / general public shall park their vehicles in a specific parking slot only and not on either side of the road in anyway.
6. Wrongly parked vehicles on the said road stretch will be dealt under M.V Act.

1. New JDA Parking
2. Main paid Parking slot in front of Bawe Temple.
3. Ground of Govt. Hr. Sec. School Bagh-e-Bahu
4. Railway Parking slot Bagh-e-Bahu.
The public in general and the motorists in particular are requested to co-operate with the Traffic Police and avoid movement on the routes mentioned above during the religious programme. In addition to the above, devotees visiting Kandoli Mata Nagrota, during the Navratra Festival shall park their vehicles in the parking slot near the temple and not on the road in anyway.
