University of Jammu provisional seniority list for various university staff

The provisional seniority list for various university staff has been issued for the verification of their particulars, University of Jammu

The provisional seniority list of Deputy Registrars, Assistant Registrars, Section Officers, Senior Personal Assistants, Head Assistants and Senior Assistants working in the University stands issued for verification of their particulars.

In case any concerned employee has any objection with regard to his/her particulars, qualifications, category or position in the seniority list, he/she may send a representation to that effect within 10 days from the date of the issuance of this circular through his/her Controlling Officer along with the documentary proof for consideration.

Further, employees whose category certificates (i.e. RBA/ALC/EWS etc) are expired may submit their renewed category certificates
to this office for updation in the seniority list else they shall be treated as Open Merit/General category employee.

In case no intimation is received from the concerned within the specified time, it will be presumed that the particulars and positions shown in the list are correct.

This is being issued subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending before any competent Court of Law.
