An Advertisement notice bearing No. 01-HUD of 2015 dated 01-09­2015 was issued vide endorsement No. HUD/LSG ULBJK/08/ 14 dated. 01.09.2015 for filling up the posts of Executive Officers in Urban Local Bodies Jammu/Kashmir under direct recruitment quota with the prescribed criteria as laid down in the advertisement notification.

In view of subsequent developments, the department has decided to hold written examination for the posts of Executive officers through Service Selection Board, without assigning any weight-age to any of the criteria mentioned in the previous advertisement notice and the screening shall be done purely on the basis of merits/marks scored in written examination.

Therefore, the applicants who have applied for the posts of Executive Officers in response to the criteria laid down in the previous advertisement notification, issued vide notice No. 01-HUD of 2015 dated 01.04.2015 and are desirous to withdraw their candidature in view of revised criteria/procedure for recruitment are here-by directed to withdraw their applications forms by or before 31st March, 2018.
