Appointment of Class IVth Posts in Advocate General J&K State

ORDER NO: AG/ 85 OF 2018 / DATED: 30-05-2018
As recommended by selection committee, sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of the following candidates as Orderly in the Pay level SL1 (14800-47100)
The appointees shall join in the office of Advocate General J&K Srinagar within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of this order. In case he/she fails to join within stipulated period, his/her appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled without any further notice.
The appointment shall be subject to the following conditions:-
The appointee shall be allowed to join only on production of following original testimonials;
- Date of Birth certificate.
- Marks Certificates.
- State Subject.
- Medical fitness Certificate issued by concerned CMO.
- Category certificate if any.
The appointee shall give an undertaking in the shape of an Affidavit duly attested by 1st Class Magistrate to the effect that in case ;
Any adverse report about his/her character antecedents is received from the Director General of Police/Criminal Investigation Department J&K; the appointee shall have no right to claim his/her appointment as Orderly and his/her appointment as such shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio.
If on verification, the certificate(s) produced by the appointee are proved to be fake/ forged the appointment shall be cancelled ab-initio.
The salary of the appointees shall not be drawn and disbursed to him/her unless satisfactory report in respect of (a) and (b) above is received.
The appointee shall be on probation for a period of 2 years.
The seniority of the Candidates shall be fixed in accordance with the merit as per Rule-24 of J&K Civil Service (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules 1956.
The Appointment should be governed under SRO 400 of 2009 dt 24-12-2009 (NPS)
