Tentative seniority list of PG Masters/Teachers in the discipline of Sanskrit as on 01.10.2025.
Notice
Whereas, final seniority list of PG Masters/Teachers in the discipline of Sanskrit was issued vide Government order No. Government Order No: 469-JK(Edu) of 2024 Dated 07-11-2024; and
Whereas, after issuance of the final seniority, the Department received various representations through the concerned Directorates for inclusion/updation of service particulars in the seniority list; and
Whereas, the objections received by the Department from the members of the Cadre with regard to additions/deletions/corrections have been examined thoroughly in the Department and the genuine objections have been entertained; and
Whereas, the incumbents who have obtained their PG degrees through distance/regular mode during service without obtaining proper permission/leave from the competent authority and are yet to be recommended by the designated committee constituted vide Government Order No. 188-JK(Edu) of 2024 Dated 15.03.2024 have also been incorporated in the Seniority list, with the condition that their inclusion in seniority / promotion is subject to the condition that proper permission has been I is granted by the Competent Authority for acquiring the PG degree during service. Their names shall be deemed to have been deleted from the seniority list ab-initio in case no favourable recommendation is received with respect to their degrees; and
Whereas, after making thorough exercise; a tentative seniority list as it stood on 01.10.2025 has been prepared and annexed as Annexure-A for inviting objections from members of the cadre who either are not included or are aggrieved with their service particulars / position assigned to them in the tentative seniority list; and
Whereas, the designated Committees have recommended thirteen (13) incumbents (Annexure-D + Annexure-E) in light of Government Order No. 188-JK(Edu) of 2024 Dated 15.03.2024 who had obtained their PG degrees through distance/private mode during service without obtaining proper permission from the Administrative Department and the recommendations made in their favour have been accepted by the Competent Authority.
Whereas, this has necessitated issuance of an updated seniority list of members of the service.
Now, therefore, a the tentative seniority list in respect of PG Masters/Teachers in the discipline of Sanskrit forming Annexure-A to this order, is hereby circulated for inviting objections, if any, from the concerned members of the service, who either is/are not included in the list or is/are aggrieved with the position assigned to them in the tentative seniority list along with authenticated documentary proof of their service particulars/bio-data, within a period of 15 days from the date of issuance of the list. The objections must be filed/forwarded through concerned Directorates, so as to reach the Administrative Department within stipulated time. Further, no objections in this regard shall be entertained after expiry of the stipulated time period.,
Moreover, thirteen (13) incumbents have been included in the seniority list at appropriate places as detailed in Annexure-B and thirty-eight (38) incumbents have been deleted from the final seniority list as detailed in Annexure-C for the reasons as shown against each; and
Furthermore, (Seven) 07 incumbents who have been recommended by the committee constituted vide Government Order No. 188 JK(Edu) of 2024 Dated 15.03.2024, conveyed by Director School Education Jammu vide No. DSEJ/Trg/2024/26382 dated 23.11.2024 & DSEJ/Trg/2024/27635 dated 05.12.2024 as detailed in Annexure-D shall be included in the seniority at appropriate place, as and when full authenticated service particulars of the incumbents are received from the concerned Directorate.
