Filling up of Class-IV vacancies in CHIEF ANIMAL HUSBANDRY OFFICER, J&K Govt

This is notified for the information of all concerned that the candidates shown in the Annexure “A” to this notification are shortlisted provisionally for the  post of Class – IV advertised by this office vide notification No:-01 of 2016 dated:-10-05-2016 issued vide No:- CA1-10/GbI/Estt/312-15 Dated:- 10-05-2016.

In case of any candidate whose name does not figure in the shortlist and has got points more than or equal to the cut off points is advised to submit his/her claim through an application to this office along with all relevant documents by or before 10th of Oct’2017 during office hours failing which no claim shall be entertained after the expiry of the stipulated date.

The objection, if any, to the shortlisted candidates shall be Communicated/submitted to this office within a period of twenty one (21) days, from the date of Issuance of this notification after expiry the stipulated period no objection shall be entertained.

The criteria of shortlisting of candidates for these Class-IV posts is as under :

Matric	60 points (on Pro-rata basis)
10+2	10 points
Professional Certificate Dairy/Poultry	10 points

The weightage has been calculated on pro-rata basis with reference to percentage of marks obtained in Matric examination, 10 points awarded to 10+2 examination passed and 10 points awarded to professional certificate regarding Dairy/Poultry issued by concerned Tehsildar.

The cut off points for each category are hereby notified as under :

Open Merit (OM)	62.80
RBA	62.48
S.T	50.56
