Final Merit list for Krishi Udhyamis(KUs) in District Jammu

NOTICE

Whereas, the applications for engagement as Krishi Udhymis(KUs) in District Jammu were invited from the eligible candidates vide Advt. notification no. 01-CAOJ of 2024 Dated:-05.03.2024 for 100 Panchayat Clusters (KKGs) under Phase-I in pursuance to Mission Director, HADP, J&K’s communication No. E-7358056/Plan-2/2/2023 dated: 07.02.2024;

Whereas, against 119 application forms received for engagement as krishi Udhymis(KUs) against 76 panchayat cluster locations(KKGs), it was found that out of 86 no, of candidates 10 have applied for more than one panchayat clusters and 76 no. of candidates have applied for one panchayat cluster only;

Whereas, after scrutiny of the documents it was found that only 40 candidates were eligible for the post of 40 cluster locations (KKGs) as KUs;

Whereas, during the procedure adopted for Physical verification of the Original documents of 40 candidates whose photocopies were submitted with application forms only 36 candidates got verified their documents through committee constituted vide Order No. 96-DDCJ of 2024 dated: 10.06.2024;

Whereas, the 4 no. of applicants, did not attend within stipulated time for the procedure of verification of documents and when contacted telephonically, confirmed their disinterest to carry on as Krishi udhymis through Emails to the concerned officer thus finally 36 candidates have been selected;

Whereas, candidates for 36 KUs/ Agri. Entrepreneurs for KKGs have been finalized against 100 no.s of advertised Panchayat clusters (KKG) and select list stands published in leading news papers and 64 Panchayat clusters (KKG) remained vacant;

Whereas, for the remaining 64 vacant clusters, Advt. notification stands notified, against which 151 number of applicants have applied in District Jammu;

Whereas, after scrutinizing by the committee constituted vide order no. 96-DDCJ of 2024 Dated 10/06/2024, only 131 number of candidates have been found eligible for engagement of Krishi Udyamis (KU)/Agricultural Entrepreneur as per the norms and conditions of the advertisement notice;

Whereas, 17 number of applicants have been Found ineligible for engagement of Krishi Udyamis (KU) /Agri. Entrepreneur as per the norms and conditions of the advertisement notice; and

Whereas, on the basis of Composite score and merit obtained in selection process for Krishi Udhyamis(KUs), candidates for 64 KUs/ Agri. Entrepreneurs for KKGs have been finalized against 64 nos of advertised Panchayat clusters (KKG), the final list is hereby published for information of general public and the selected candidates for establishment of self-enterprises(KKGs) are advised to report to office of the Chief agriculture Officer, Jammu for further course of action in this regard.
