Final Selection list of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) of Poshan Project Rajouri, Pursuant to advertisement Notice No. 01 of 2024,Dated:-29.02.2024.

NOTIFICATION

Whereas, vide advertisement notification No. 01`of 2024,Dated:-29.02.2024 , 02(Two) number of posts of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) were advertised for filling up of the vacant posts in Poshan Project Rajouri in pursuance to HR Policy as notified Vide Government Order No. 222- JK(SWD) of 2022, dated:-30-11-2022 read with Government Order No. 103-JK(SWD) of 2023,dated:-28-04-2023 ; and

Whereas,03(Three) number of application forms were received for the Vacant post of Sahayika (Anganwadi Helper), for the anganwadi center Dhanoure Jarallan W.No.04 panchayat Dhanoure Jarallan of Poshan Project Rajouri, as on last date of receipt of application forms i.e.17.03.2024; whereas advertisement notification for the post of sahayika for AWC Kaller W.No.04 panchayat Kaller was withdrawn vide this office notification no CDPO/Rajouri/2025-26/165-170 Dated:-20.05.2025 and

Whereas, after scrutiny of application forms as per eligibility conditions as contained in the aforementioned advertisement notification, and in accordance with HR policy referred above, the tentative merit list along with tentative select list has been framed and placed in public domain for seeking objections vide notice No. CDPO/Rajouri/2025-26/182-88 dated:- 27.05.2025. the same was published in Hind Samachar News paper on dated:-29.05.2025 and

Whereas one objection/representation was received and placed before selection committee for consideration. After examining the matter, the committee has disposed of the objection/representation, deeming it unacceptable in light of the prescribed eligibility criteria

Whereas the selection committee in its meeting held on 07.10.2025 recommended the final select list of 01 candidate as detailed in Annexure-A and merit list of the 03 candidates as detailed in Annexure-B for the post of sahayika (AWH) in Anganwadi Centre Dhanoure Jarallan of Poshan Project Rajouri as per minutes issued vide No. CDPO/R/901/2025 Dated:-10.10.2025.

Now, therefore, the final selection list of 01 candidate as Annexure-A along with merit list as Annexure-B is hereby notified in terms of HR policy in pursuance to Government order No-222-JK(SWD) of 2022 dated 30.11.2022 read with Government order No. 103-JK(SWD) of 2023 dated:- 28.04.2023 for information of the concerned candidates.

Further in terms of clause – XI of HR policy/aforementioned Government orders, where a candidate feels aggrieved with the selection may file an appeal before the Deputy Commissioner Rajouri within a period of 10 days from the date of issuance of this notification.
