Provisional Selection and Merit List of Sangni (AWW) for AWC Morchapur.
Whereas vide Mission Director Poshan’s letter no MD/Poshan/Estt/13338-49, dated 09-05-2023, advertisement for the post of engagement of Sangnis(AWWs) and Sahayakas (AWHs) was issued by this office vide notification number 01of 2023/Bishnah, dated 15-05-2023, wherein the last date of receipt of application from the candidates was 31-05-2023.
Whereas while the data of candidates was being compiled and before the convening of Selection committee a candidate namely Ms Madhu working in AWC Morchapur as Helper approached this office with regard to elevation as AWW.
Whereas Ms Madhu has been working as Helper in Poshan Project Bishnah in AWC Morchapur since Sept 2013.
Whereas the Selection Committee constituted by the Govt for engagement of AWWs and AWHs met on 22nd of June 2023 under the Chairmanship of DPO Jammu, wherein the selection for the post of AWW Morchapur was kept withheld till a decision on the representation submitted by Ms Madhu is taken by the higher authorities.
Whereas the merit list of the Sangnis (AWWs) and Sahakayas (AWHs) was issued by this office for inviting objections from the general Public.
Whereas the merit list for the AWC Morchapur for some of the candidates also got published inadvertently and the notice to this effect was issued by this office vide this office letter no CDPO/B/23/378-80, dated 12-07-2023 and the same was published in Daily Excelsior on 13-07-2023, wherein it was clarified that the merit list for AWC Morchapur has not been finalised as being kept withheld by the Selection Committee.
Whereas in the meantime the scrutiny of the documents of Ms Madhu AWH was done by this office in reference to her representation submitted by her and it was found that Ms Madhu was having experience of 09 years and 09 months, and this office vide letter no CDPO/B/23/372-73, dated 12-07-2023 intimated DPO/Chairperson Selection Committee to release the post kept with held under promotion quota pertaining to AWC Morchapur.
Whereas the Selection Committee under the Chairmanship of DPO Poshan Projects Jammu, met on 19th of July 2023 and the Committee decided to release the Post which was kept with held and it was instructed vide minutes issued under endorsement no DPOJ/Poshan/1248/23 dated 20-07-2023 that the merit of the Candidates for the post be prepared.
Whereas the merit of the candidates was forwarded to the Chairman Selection committee vide letter no CDPO/B/402/23, dated 24-07-2023 for placing the same before the selection Committee for finalisation of merit and preparation of tentative selection list.
Whereas the Selection Committee again met on 11-08-2023 and the merit of the candidates was finalised which was communicated to this office vide minutes issued on 14-08-2023 vide endorsement no DPOJ/Poshan/1609-11/23
Now through the medium of this notice the Provisional selection list of the Candidate who applied for the Post of Sangni (AWW) for AWC Morchapur in reference to notification number 01of 2023/Bishnah, dated 15-05-2023, is hereby being issued as annexure “B” to this notice, for the inviting objections if any from the general public. The Merit list of the candidates is also being published as Annexure “A” to this notice for inviting objections if any from the candidates. The objections should reach the Office of CDPO Poshan Project Bishnah within 10 days from the date of issue of this notice ie upto 4th of Sept 2023 (A.N), after that which no claim of any sort of objection shall be entertained
The provisionally selected candidate is advised to report in the office of CDPO Poshan Project Bishnah along with all original requisite documents for verification within 10 days from the date of issue of this notice.
Note:- The above selection list is purely provisional/ tentative and may likely be modified in case of valid proven objections or detection of any forged documents at any time or for any other reason.
