Final Selection List Released for One Stop Centre Rajouri
Selection of candidates for engagement as Human Resources in One Stop Centre and District Hub for Empowerment of Women advertised vide Advertisement Notice No: 03-DSWOR of 2023 dated 22.05.2023.
Whereas, the District Social Welfare Officer Rajouri had invited applications from eligible candidates for engagement as Human Resources in One Stop Centre and District Hub for Empowerment of Women as advertised vide Advertisement Notice No: 03-DSWOR of 2023 dated 22.05.2023 as per the criteria mentioned against each post.

Whereas, the District Development Commissioner Rajouri vide Order No. 89-DDC of 2024 dated 24.05.2024 constituted a Selection Committee under the Chairmanship of Additional District Development Commissioner Rajouri for screening/scrutiny of the application forms and submission of the final merit list along with recommendations.
Whereas, the meeting of all members of the Selection Committee was held on 11.07.2024 under the Chairmanship of Additional District Development Commissioner Rajouri in his office for scrutiny of the application forms for the final selection of eligible candidates on the basis of eligibility criteria and academic merit.
Whereas, after completion of the selection process, the Committee headed by Additional District Development Commissioner Rajouri was presented before the District Development Commissioner for approval, however due to administrative reshuffle, the District Development Commissioner was transferred on the same day, which resulted in deferment of further action on the said file.
Whereas, the Model Code of Conduct came into force in view of the General Elections to the Lok Sabha and Legislative Assembly Elections in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, thereby restricting the finalization and issuance of the selection order.
Whereas, the post of ADDC Rajouri remained vacant due to the sudden demise of the then Additional District Development Commissioner Rajouri, who was nominated as Head of Selection Committee and the file could not be placed before the worthy Deputy Commissioner for approval.
Now, therefore, in view of the above circumstances and upon receipt of approval from the competent authority, the final selection list as recommended by the duly constituted Selection Committee is hereby notified for publication.
The engagement of selected candidates shall be purely on contractual and temporary basis, subject to verification of documents and fulfillment of terms and conditions as laid down in the advertisement notice and applicable guidelines.

The selected candidates are hereby directed to report for joining within a period of seven (07) days from the date of issuance of this notification in the office of the District Social Welfare Officer, Rajouri, along with all original documents and self-attested copies thereof. Scrutiny and verification of the original documents shall be conducted at District Social Welfare Office, Rajouri.
In case any candidate fails to report within the stipulated period or documents are found not in order or non-genuine during scrutiny, the candidature of the concerned candidate shall be cancelled and the candidate(s) from the waiting list, strictly as per merit, shall be considered for engagement.
