ORDER NO: GMCA of 2025 597 DATED: 3/10/2025
Pursuant to the selection list issued vide Notification No. GMCA/Estt./Rec./2025/ 6192-97, dated: 06.09.2025, the below mentioned candidate who has submitted her Personal verification Rolls (PVR) through online mode to the Criminal Investigation Department qrs. and upon receipt of the same from CID grs. vide Form No.’s 137244, dated: 06-10-2025, is hereby engaged as Speech Therapist on Academic Arrangement Basis under S.O-364 of 2020, dated: 27.11.2020 in Govt. Medical College Anantnag for a period of one (01) year, extendable upto 06 years (on yearly basis subject to the satisfactory performance) or till such posts are filled up by the competent authority on regular basis, whichever is earlier.
The above-mentioned selected candidate is directed to join GMC Anantnag at office of the Principal, Main Campus Dialgam within a period of 21 days from the date of publication of this engagement order and shall be allowed to join on production of the following documents/testimonials in original for verification.
I. Essential Qualification Certificate(s).
II. Marks Certificate(s) of essential qualification.
III. D.O.B. Certificate.
IV. 10th/12th Marks sheet.
V. Registration Certificate.
VI. Domicile certificate.
VII. Category certificate (if any).
VIII. Health Certificate.
