GMC Kathua Merit and Shortlist Released for Helpers Posts

Whereas vide order No. GMCK/Admn/2021-22/1156-64 dated 24/05/2021, a committee was set up for finalization/formulation of the merit and
shortlisting the names of the candidates for interview (for above mentioned post) under ECRP for above mentioned posts.

Whereas the committee recommended the list of candidates who shall be eligible for the interview process to the office of the undersigned.

Therefore on the basis of recommendation of the committee, the list of candidates provisionally shortlisted for the interview of post of Helpers is mentioned below.
The provisional list for interview of candidates is also uploaded on site http:// gmckathua.in/.

The candidates in the ratio of 1:5 are hereby called for interview. Subsequently, One hundred fifty (150) candidates are called for the interview to be conducted on 12/07/2021 (11:00 am) & 13/07/2021 (11:00 am) as mentioned against the name of each candidate.

Further, all the candidates are directed to bring following documents during the time of interview (In original and one set of Xerox copies of the documents duly self attested):

Date of Birth Certificate.

10th Class Marksheet.

12th class Marksheet.

Domicile certificate.

Experience certificate, if any.

No excuse of any sort shall be entertained and the candidate who does not possess the requisite documents during the time of interview shall be liable for cancellation
of candidature. In any case the decision of the chairman of the selection committee shall be final. Objection if any can be conveyed by or before 8th of July, 2021 after which no objection of any sort shall be entertained. Further, the candidates are directed to strictly observe the Covid appropriate behaviour during the time of interview.
