Whereas, advertisement notice for the post of SR/Demonstrator in various disciplines was notified vide this office order No.: GMCK/Adv-G/2025-26/14 dated: 24-12-2025.

As such, recommended by the selection committee the provisional selection list for the post of Senior Resident in the discipline of (Anaesthesiology) in GMC Kathua is enclosed as Annexure-A.
The selected candidate is directed to report to the office of the Principal, Govt. Medical College, Kathua within 14 days of issuance of this order.
Joining of the selected candidates is subject to submission of J&K Medical Council Registration Certificate (Permanent) and must possess at the time of joining. However, the PSC candidates will join only after obtaining relieving order from the Administrative Department.
The salary will be disbursed only after satisfactory character and antecedent verification report is received by the office of the undersigned from CID, J&K.
Provisionally selected candidate should bring 02 office files and 02 sets of documents (photocopied and self-attested) to be submitted at the time of joining as mentioned below:

The selected candidate is also informed that CID verification process is completely online.
Candidate should have a valid and working mobile number. It is required for the initiation of the online CID verification process. Candidate will receive a SMS from the CID Head Quarters in which they will be provided with the Form ld.
Password and a link where they should login and submit their details
Candidates should ill and submit their forms within seven days of receiving of the SMS from CD Head Quarters. Also, they are suggested to go through the application form thoroughly and submit the form only after getting fully satisfied.
Incomplete forms or incorrect forms take longer to process.
