As recommended by the Selection Committee constituted for the preparation of merit list after evaluation of OMR sheets for the posts of Junior Resident, the selection-cum-waiting list for the post of Junior Resident in various disciplines is enclosed as Annexure-A.

Candidates are directed to report within 07 days of issuance of this notice and must possess MBBS Degree Certificate and Permanent Registration Certificate of MBBS Degree at the time of joining. Failing which, the candidature shall be cancelled without any prior notice and candidate falling next in the merit will be selected. The waiting list will be valid till June 2026. The candidates falling in the waiting list will be allowed to join as per merit if the vacancies that occur in next six months. The salary will be disbursed only after satisfactory character and antecedent verification report is received by the office of the undersigned from CID, J&K.

Candidates shall be allowed to join in the order of merit only as per availability of the vacancy. Mere falling in the selection list does not indicate appointment. Appointment order shall be issued in favour of the selected candidates as and when vacancy will be available. Departments will be allotted to the candidates as per the merit secured in the Written Test.

Provisionally selected candidates should bring 02 office files and 02 sets of documents photocopied & self-attested to be submitted at the time of joining as mentioned below:

The candidates must furnish an Affidavit duly attested by the 1st Class Magistrate to the effect that he/she abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in the Annexure-B.
