Provisional Merit cum Selection list of candidates for admission in B.Sc. Paramedical Courses-2025 (RDT, OTT & MLT) in Government Medical College, Rajouri.

NOTICE
In pursuance to the notification issued by Govt. of Jammu and Kashmir (UT) State Allied and Healthcare Council dated 14.10.2025, Government Medical College, Rajouri has invited applications from eligible/desirous candidates for admission to left over seats in B.Sc. Paramedical Courses (RDT, OTT & MLT) for the session 2025-26 vide notice dated 24.10.2025.
In this context, it is for the information of all the stakeholders that the list of candidates who have applied for the admission in the said courses in Government Medical College, Rajouri is enclosed as Annexure “A”and the provisional merit cum selection list
of candidates is enclosed as Annexure “B”.
The candidates mentioned in Annexure “B” are hereby informed to report in Government Medical College, Rajouri for admission along with the below mentioned documents in original and two sets of photocopies of all the relevant documents w.e.f 07-11-202(10 08-11-2025 during official working hours, failing which the admission of the candidate shall be cancelled ab-initio and waiting list shall be operated.
Documents to be produced at the time of admission:
1. 10th Marks Sheet.
2. 12th Marks Sheet.
3. Domicile Certificate
4. Category Certificate issued from competent authority.
5. Demand draft of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) from J&K Bank in favour of Principal, GMC Rajouri.
6. Provisional/Character/Discharge certificate in original.
7. Migration/Transfer in original, if any.
8. Affidavit regarding gap period from 1st class magistrate in original to the effect that the candidate has not joined any institution after passing 10+2.
9. Affidavit for undertaking regarding ragging (both student and guardian)
10.04 number of passport size photographs.
11. Aadhar card.
12. Medical Fitness.
13. Valid Income certificate in respect of poor and backward category, if any.
