GMC Rajouri Selection List for Data Entry Operator Posts Under ECRP
Engagement of manpower under ECRP (Emergency COVID Response Package) in Government Medical College & Associated Hospital, Rajouri for COVID-19 Management.
Whereas 10 posts of Data Entry Operator were sanctioned by Mission Director, NHM, Jammu vide letter no. SHS/NHM/J&K/1134-43 Dated 27-04-2021
for Engagement of manpower under ECRP COVID Response (Emergency Covid-19 Management Package) in Government Medical College & Associated Hospital,
Rajouri for COVID-19 Management.
Whereas the aforementioned posts were advertised vide Advertisement Notice No: GMCR/2021-22/1406-1414 Dated: 11-05-2021.
Whereas, the following selection criteria has been adopted for preparation of merit.
Graduation = 80 points
Diploma Computer = 20 points
Whereas, there is an urgent requirement of staff in Government Medical College & Associated Hospital, Rajouri in view of the situation arisen due to COVID-
19 pandemic.
In view of above mentioned selection criteria, sanction is hereby accorded to the engagement of 10 posts of Data Entry Operator as per Annexure “D” with the
order.
The candidates are engaged under ECRP (Emergency COVID Response Package) for a period of three (03) months extendable upto six (06) months on a
monthly remuneration basis @ Rs. 10,500/PM (Ten Thousand and Five Hundred Rupees Only) under the scheme of National Health Mission, J&K in the Government Medical College & Associated Hospital, Rajouri and for the purpose of COVID- 19 pandemic duties only in GMC & AH, Rajouri respectively.
The selected candidates shall be allowed to join only on the production of the following documents in original:
Academic/Technical Qualification Certificate.
Date of Birth Certificate.
Health Certificate from the concerned Chief Medical Officer of the District stating that the individual is mentally and physically fit to provide the services in COVID-19 pandemic.
Character Certificate duly issued by the concerned Police Station.
Domicile Certificate.
An appointee shall have to execute an agreement stating that he/she will not take part in any kind of political activity and strikes.
The selection is strictly governed by the following terms and conditions :
The candidates are selected under National Health Mission, J&K.
The candidates have understood the terms of contract and shall abide by the terms and conditions of the said post advertised.
They will adhere to the roster of duties to be issued by the administration for COVID-19 purpose.
The merit has been prepared as per the information furnished by the candidates in the application form and is subject to verification of prescribed qualification/requisite documents.
If the documents filled by them are found wrong/incorrect at any point of time, their appointment shall be terminated immediately and disciplinary action and
legal proceeding shall be initiated against them.
The selected candidate shall submit his/her joining and report to the office of the Principal, Govt. Medical College, Rajouri within seven (07) days from the date
of the publication of this order/ list in the newspaper. In case, the selected candidates fail to join the institution within the stipulated period of time, his/her selection shall be deemed to have been cancelled without any further notice.
The selection is purely contractual and the selected candidates shall have no claim for regularization against the posts in GMC & AH, Rajouri.
The selection of the candidate will be purely on contractual basis. Initial contract for hiring shall be for a period of three (03) months extendable up to six (06)
months and further extension will be subject to the satisfactory performance of the candidate/approval of the post by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt.
of India.
In case of poor performance, services of the candidates are liable to be terminated without any prior notice.
Monthly remuneration to the selected/hired candidate shall by paid by the National Health Mission, J&K.
The selected candidates shall have to submit an affidavit duly attested by the Executive Magistrate 1st Class stating that he/she accepts all the terms and conditions mentioned in the selection/engagement order.
The order is issued subject to the outcome of any writ petition(s) pending in any Hon’ble court of law of the competent jurisdiction and receipt of satisfactory
verification report of Diploma/Degrees certificates from the respective University / Institution and other documents.
