Final Selection List of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) of Poshan Project Nowshera, Pursuant to advertisement Notice No:- 01 of 2024, Dated:- 01.03.2024.
Notification
Whereas vide advertisement notification No. 01 of 2024, Dated:- 01.03.2024 , 07 (Seven) number of posts of sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) were advertised for filling up of the vacant posts in Poshan Project Nowshera in pursuance to HR Policy as notified vide Government order No:- 222-JK (SWD) of 2022, Dated:- 30.11.2022 read with Government order No- 103- JK(SWD) of 2023, Dated:- 28.04.2023 and
Whereas 11 number of application forms were received for the vacant posts of sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) for various Anganwadi Centres in different panchayats of Poshan Project Nowshera as on last date of receipt of applications forms i.e. 18.03.2024 and no application form was received for Anganwadi Centre Thathi Gagrote W.No.09 and Mangal Devi-A W.No.01 due to non- availability of eligible candidates and
Whereas after scrutiny of application forms as per eligibility conditions as contained in the aforementioned advertisement notification in accordance with HR Policy referred above, the tentative merit list along with tentative select list has been framed and placed in public domain for seeking objections vide notice no ICDS/NSR/1686-90/24 dated:- 21.11.2024; and
Whereas one objection/representation was received and was forwarded to higher authorities for clarification; vide this office letter No ICDS/NSR/1932-33 dated:- 28.12.2024.
Whereas on the directions of Joint Director, Mission Directorate Poshan J&K issued vide letter No. MD/Poshan/Estt/21915-16 dated:-15.06.2025, the selection process for the post of Sahiyaka for AWC Rajowa W.No. 08 has been kept on hold till further instructions.
Whereas the selection committee in its meeting held on 10.07.2025 recommended the final select list of 04 candidates as detailed in Annexure-A and merit list of 09 candidates as detailed in Annexure-B for the post of sahayikas (AWHs) in various Anganwadi Centres in different panchayats of Poshan Project Nowshera as per minutes issued vide no:- ICDS/NSR/795 /2025 Dated:-10.07.2025.
Now therefore, the final selection list of 04 candidates as Annexure-A along with merit list as Annexure-B is hereby notified in term of HR Policy in pursuance to Government order No- 222 -JK (SWD) of 2022 Dated:- 30.11.2022 read with Government order No 103- JK (SWD) of 2023, Dated:- 28.04.2023 for information of the concerned candidates.
Further in terms of clause – XI of HR policy/aforementioned Government orders, where a candidate feels aggrieved with the selection may file an appeal before the Deputy Commissioner Rajouri within a period of 10 days from the date of issuance of this notification.
