Govt Medical College GMC Selection list for engagement of Staff Nurse

Government of Jammu and Kashmir Office of The Principal Govt Medical College & A.H Rajouri. Selection list for engagement of Staff Nurse under SRO -24 of 2019 dated 10.01.2019 in CMC Rajouri

As recommended by the selection committee constituted for the purpose, selection list of the candidates for the post of “Staff Nurse” on Academic Arrangement Basis under SRO-24 of 2019 dated; 10.01.2019 in Government Medical College Rajouri is given as Annexure “A”.

The selected candidates shall join the office within a period of 07 days from the date of publication of the list, failing which the candidates next in merit shall be allowed to join.

The selected candidates shall produce the following documents/certificates in original to the office at the time of joining.

A) Date of Birth.

B) State Subject Certificate.

C) Diploma/Degree Marks Certificate.

D) Degree/Diploma Certificates.

E) Registration certificate from J&K State Paramedical council/ Paramedical council of India.

F) Marks Certificates of Class 12th .

G) An Affidavit duly signed by 1st class Magistrate to the effect that

1. 1, understand the terms of SRO 24 of 2019 dated;10.01.2019 and shall abide by terms and conditions of the said SRO

2 I will adhere to the roaster of duties to be issued by the administration.

3. I will not participate in any kind of strike / protest against the administration during my tenure in the college/ hospital.

4 My appointment will get terminated automatically and shall have no claim on the ‘ post as soon as the post is filled by the competent authority on permanent basis.

5 If the documents filed by me are found wrong/incorrect at any point of time, my appointment shall be terminated immediately and disciplinary action and legal proceeding shall be initiated against me.
