As recommended by the J&K Public Service Commission and approval accorded by the Competent Authority, sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of following two candidates as Assistant Professors (Bio-Technology) on Regular Temporary basis in the Pay Band of Rs. 15600-39100 with AGP of Rs.6000/- (Pre-revised) Academic Level-10 with Pay Structure of Rs.57700/- in the Higher Education Department, with immediate effect:-

The candidate hailing from Kashmir Division shall report to the Nodal Principal, Government College of Education, Srinagar and the candidate hailing from Jammu Division shall report to the Nodal Principal, Government College for Women, Parade, Jammu within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of this order failing which their appointment shall be deemed to have cancelled without any notice.

The appointment of candidates shall be subject to the following conditions :-

1. The appointees will be on probation for a period of Two years from the date of joining.

2. The appointment of the candidates shall be governed by the “New Pension Scheme” as per SRO-400 of 2009 Dated 24-12-2009.

3. The appointee shall, at the time of joining, produce the following testimonials in original which will be verified by the concerned Principals:-

a. Domicile Certificate.

b. Date of Birth Certificate.

c. Qualification and Marks Certificate i.e. NET/SLET/Ph.D. etc and Marks cards/Degrees.

d. Category certificate as may be applicable to the appointees.

e. Health and Medical Certificate.

f. Any other certificate as required under law.

The salary of the appointees shall be drawn and disbursed only after the receipt of the satisfactory report in respect of genuineness of the Qualification/Date of Birth/Relevant Category Certificate(s) and subject to production of an Affidavit as per Annexure-A to this order.

The inter-se-seniority of the candidates shall be determined in terms of the J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1956.

The appointment of the candidates shall remain provisional till such time all the certificates are got verified by the concerned Principal(s) and are found to be in order. In case any certificate is found to be fake, inadequate or not consistent with the eligibility requirements, the appointment of the candidates shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio.

The appointment of the candidates shall be subject to outcome of Writ Petition(s), if any, pending before any competent Court of law on the subject.
