Rehabilitation & Reconstruction (DMRRR), Item No. 28 pursuant to Advt. No. 04 of 2017 dated 28.11.2017 under Hon’ble PM Package.

NOTICE

Consequent upon the recommendations made by the J&K Services Selection Board vide communication No. JKSSB-Scry/27/2025-03 (E-7744107) dated 08.09.2025, received through Department of Disaster Management Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction and authentication/verification of Migrant Status, Category, PRC or Domicile Certificate of the candidates by the Relief Commissioner, Jammu vide two separate letters dated 26.09.2025, all the candidates figuring in the Selection list in Annexure to this notice, who have been recommended for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil), Divisional Cadre, Kashmir under Hon’ble PM Package in Jal Shakti Department are hereby informed through the medium of this notice to submit their e-mail IDs and Mobile Numbers before the Nominated Officer(Mr. Hitesh Gupta, JKAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Jal Shakti Department, Civil Secretariat, Jammu) in person or through email ID [email protected] Cell No. 9419141115 within a period of Twenty One (21) days, positively from the date of issuance of this notice for filling up of e-verification rolls for obtaining Character and Antecedents from Criminal Investigation Department.

The candidate(s) who fail(s) to submit their personal Verification Roll (PVR) within the period of 21 days, in terms of Government Order No. 1003-JK (GAD) of 2021 dated 27.09.2021 read with Circular No. 18-JK(GAD) of 2022 dated 20.05.2022 issued by the General Administration Department, shall forego their right to appointment forthwith without any further notice.
