J&K YS&S Selection List for Junior Assistant Posts
List of candidates selected as Junior Assistant (State Cadre) advertised vide Advertisement Notice No. 001 of 2016,item No,.002 dated 01-06-2016.
The Administrative Department vide Letter No. YSS-Adm/37/2021-02-YS&S Dated 23-11-2021 has forwarded the selection list of below named 05(five) candidates whose selection were kept with held and have now been released by Services Selection Board vide No.SSB/Secy/Sel/03/2021/7349-51 dated 27-10-2021.

The Administrative Department while forwarding the list has also asked to complete the below mentioned tasks at an earliest.
Verify and establish the genuineness & validity or otherwise of all documents/ computer course certificates and recognition status of the institute in respect of each candidate.
Ensure completion of CID verification as per Circular No. 09- JK(GAD) of 2021 dated 03.03.2021 issued by General Administration Department.
In view of the above the above named candidates selected as Jr. Assistants are advised to submit the following documents in original alongwith the Xerox copies (self attested) in Directorate of YS& Sports J&K within a period of 21 days.
Permanent Resident Certificate/Domocile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
Date of Birth Certificate.
Health Certificate issued by Competent Authority.
Academic and technical Qualification certificates.
Certificate from General Manager, DIC concerned and Deputy Director, Employment Concerned to the effect that no loan under self- employment scheme has been taken.
Character Certificate.
Reserved Category Certificate wherever is applicable.
Bonafide Certificate/ Validity of Graduation/ Post Graduation.
03 copies of Verification form duly filled and attested as per devised by Govt, vide order 528-JK GAD of 2021 Dated 21.06.2021
An undertaking duly attested by 1st Class Magistrate to the effect that in case of any adverse report from the verifying agencies with regard to verification of CID/ ‘Boar Board of School Education other allied agencies, the appointment shall be deemed to abintio and the candidates shall be dealt with the Law of Land.
