This office in in receipt of waiting lists from the Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction vide letter No.’s quoted under reference for conduct of verification of Migrant/Category/Domicile certificate in favour of candidates as per Annexure-“A” under Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Package. As such, all the concerned candidates are hereby informed to submit the following documents (self-attested photo copies), with the Assistant Commissioner, (Establishment), Relief Organisation (M), Jammu, within a period of one week from the date of issuance of this Notification :-

a. Migrant Certificate

b. Domicile Certificate

c. Category Certificate, if any.
