JK High Court Appointment of System Assistants in District Judiciary (Jammu Division)

Appointment against the posts of System Assistants in the District Judiciary of UT of J&K (Jammu Division), advertised vide Notification No. 06 of 2024/Psy dated 28.08.2024.

Consequent upon the finalization of the selection process and approval accorded by Hon’ble the Chief Justice to the recommendations of the Hon’ble Selection Committee, constituted for recruitment to the posts of System Assistants in the District Judiciary of Jammu Division of UT of J&K, advertised vide High Court Notification No. 06 of 2024/Psy dated 28.08.2024, the following candidates in order of merit are temporarily appointed as System Assistants in the Pay Level- 2 (19900-63200) in the District Judiciary of Jammu Division of UT J&K:

Note :-

a) The two candidates figuring at Serial No. 1 & 3 selected shall submit their joining reports before Pr. District & Session Judges Kathua, candidate at Serial No. 02 shall submit his joining report before the Pr. District & Sessions Judge, Rajouri, candidate at Serial No.4 shall submit his joining report before the Pr. District & Sessions Judge, Ramban and candidate at Serial No. OS shall submit his joining report before the Pr. District & Sessions Judge, Kishtwar.

b) All the new appointees are directed to join before the above mentioned Pr. District & Session Judges within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of the appointment order. In case any appointee fails to join within the stipulated period, in that event his/her
appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled without any further notice.

c) All the Presiding Officers, before whom the new appointees have to join, are directed to check all the testimonials of new appointees and get them verified from the concerned issuing authorities.

d) In case the candidate fails to produce requisite qualification and category certificate, the appointment of such candidates shall deemed to be cancelled ab- initio.

e) All the Presiding Officers, before whom the new appointees have to join, are directed to get the character and antecedents of the new appointees verified from the concerned authority.

f) The new appointees are directed to give an undertaking before the Presiding Officer at the time of their joining in the shape of affidavit duly attested by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class to the effect that in case any adverse report about his/her character and antecedents is received from the concerned authority, in that event his/her appointment shall be deemed
cancelled ab-initio and shall have no claim on his/her appointment.

g) The salary of the new appointees shall not be drawn unless a satisfactory report in respect of (c), (d) & (e) above is received by the concerned Presiding Officer.
