JKBOPEE Notification Regarding Provisional Merit List
Provisional Merit List of candidates for Ayush/ BPT Courses 2023 and filling-up of the Ayush/ BPT seats in
Government/ Private Colleges including the seats of All India Quota–Online counseling thereof.

National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM), Government of India. 2.09.2023, the Provisional Merit List of candidates, who have registered themselves for counseling of Ayush/ Unani/BPT Courses-2023 seats including the seats available under the All India Quota based on the NEET Rank/Score along with the candidates who have already registered themselves for NEETUG courses, 2023, is hereby notified as per Annexure-A to this Notification, for objections, which shall remain available on the official website of the Board www.jkbopee.gov.in only and shall be utilized for the purposes of online counseling of the candidates for filling-up of seats in Ayush/ Unani/BPT Courses, 2023.
The candidate(s) who has any objections regarding his/her position, credentials including his/her Category status are advised to submit their representation physically at the BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar, a day before the start of the counseling upto 03:00 p.m. only, failing which no claim(s) whatever shall be entertained under any circumstances.
Further, it is also notified that the Online Counseling process for filling up of the Ayush/Unani/BPT seats including
All India Quota seats for the session, 2023 will start from 22.09.2023 to 25.09.2023 (Midnight).
The candidates who have not uploaded any one of the documents such as, their Domicile certificates or 12th Class
Marks Card or D.O.B certificate shall be allowed to participate in the counseling process and in case of allotment of a seat to them, they shall have to produce the same in the allotted College/Institution along with other requisite certificates/ documents at the time of admission failing which their provisional selection shall be cancelled on their own risk and responsibility.
The candidates who have mentioned their category through online mode shall be considered in the process of online counseling & seats shall be allotted to them on the basis of the category mentioned on their application form.
The candidates who have made registration afresh shall have to pay online counseling fee of Rs.1500/- during online
counseling process and must take print-out of their application form indicating their online preference and check that the fee of Rs.1500/- must be reflected on their Printed form after submitting/locking the preference form.
The candidates, who have already participated in the counseling process of MBBS/BDS courses, need not to pay
any counseling fee again, but have to fill the fresh online preference/choices form, if interested, for Ayush / Unani /BPT courses.
The reservation policy of UT of J&K shall be applicable in the Government Ayurveda / Government Unani Colleges only.
The candidates in their own interest are advised to go through the instructions contained in the e-Information
Brochure for submitting the online preference forms. The candidates after locking the preferences / making the payment cannot modify the preferences unless they approach the Board offices at Srinagar/ Jammu and are permitted to do so by the Board.
The Tentative Seat Matrix shall be made available on the website of the BOPEE www.jkbopee.gov.in before start of the counseling which shall, however, be subject to changes, if any, as deemed necessary by the Board.
The Seats under the All India Quota (AIQ) (15%), Management Quota (MQ) in Private Ayurveda / Unani Colleges
of the UT of J&K shall also be filled up by the Board during 2nd Round of physical counseling on the basis of NEET Merit-cum Preferences out of the eligible candidates even from outside the UT of J&K for which separate Notice shall be issued by the Board in due course of time.
All the willing/eligible candidates are advised to enquire about the admission fee prescribed for such courses from the respective colleges before applying/offering preference for the same.
The seats under BPT in Composite Regional Center (CRC) Bernina, Srinagar and Jammu College of Physiotherapy (JCP), Jammu shall also be filled during this round of counseling.
