JKBOPEE Notification Regarding Provisional Selection List

Provisional Select List of candidates for admission to the B. Architecture Course- 2023 at the School of Architecture, GCET Jammu/GCET, Safapora, Ganderbal.

(i) Letter No. CA/S/Academic/JK04 dated 12-07-2023 issued by Registrar COA, New Delhi.

(ii) CA/5/2023/Academic/Circular-Eligibility dated 19-07-2023.

(iii) Notification No. 050-BOPEE of 2023 dated 05-08-2023.

(iv) Letter No. CA/S/Academic/JK03 dated 13-09-2023 issued by Registrar COA, New Delhi.

Consequent upon the declaration of result by the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) and Joint Entrance Examination (JEE,) the J&K BOPEE vide Notification No.050-BOPEE of 2023 dated 05-08-2023 invited Offline Applications on the prescribed form from the eligible candidates belonging to the UT of J&K/Ladakh for admission to the Bachelor of Architecture Courses-2023 at the Government College of Engineering and Technology (School of Architecture, GCET Campus Kot- Bhalwal) and Government College of Engineering and Technology, Safapora, Ganderbal, Kashmir (School of Architecture, Safapora, Ganderbal) for the Academic Session2023. The candidates were required to fill up the choice of Colleges in their application form for the purpose of allotment of
college of his/her choice.

It is hereby notified that the candidates figuring in AnnexureA to this Notification have been provisionally selected for admission to the Bachelor of Architecture Course-2023 on the basis of their Merit/Score of NATA/JEE Examination, 2023 and as per the
choices/preferences submitted by them in their offline application forms. The Annexure to this Notification shall be available
on BOPEE website only www.jkbopee.com.

The provisionally selected candidates shall have to report to their respective allotted colleges for completion of the admission
process upto 30 -09-2023 (4:00 pm) along with following certificates in original: –

a. Marks of the 12th class examination or 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics Marks Card, whichever is applicable.

b. Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K/Ladakh.

c. NATA/JEE score card 2023 whichever is applicable.

d. Date of Birth Certificate (Issued by the J&K Board of School Education/Central Board/Other equivalent Boards).

e. Any other document as may be required by the concerned colleges.

The Principals of the concerned colleges shall get the above mentioned original certificates verified by the In-charge Admission Committee of the college and countersigned by him/her before allowing the candidates to complete their provisional admission formalities and it is the sole responsibility of the concerned college administration to check, verify the documents and eligibility of candidates strictly as per the guidelines fixed by the Council of Architecture, Government of India, New Delhi as defined in the above referred to letter

Note :

(i) The candidate(s) who fail to join in their allotted colleges within the prescribed time/date (upto 30-09-2023), shall
not be eligible to participate in the 2nd round of counseling, if any, conducted by the Board.

(ii) The College shall submit shortfall of candidates, if any, to the BOPEE office Srinagar/Jammu on 30-09-2023 (upto
5.00 pm).

(iii) The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and shall be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate proves to be false/fabricated, and action as warranted under law shall be initiated against such candidates.

The other Terms and Conditions as notified by the Board through the various Notifications/Notices from time to time shall, however, remain the same in this regard.
