JKBOPEE Provisional Merit List for Admission to Paramedical (FMPHW/MMPHW) Courses-2022
Provisional Merit List of candidates for admission to (10th based) Paramedical (FMPHW/MMPHW) Courses-2022: Inviting of objections thereof.
In pursuance of Notification No: 034-BOPEE of 2022 dated 09-04-2022 read with Notice No. 018-BOPEE of 2022 dated 10-05-2022 & Notification No. 045-BOPEE of 2022 dated 14-06-2022, online Application Forms were invited from the eligible applicants for admission to (10th Based) Paramedical Diploma (FMPHW/MMPHW) Courses-2022, in the Government/ Private Paramedical Institutions of the Union Territories of J&K / Ladakh.
In view of above, the Board gave ample time to applicants for submission of Online Application Forms for Paramedical Diploma Courses 2022 and thereafter for removing of deficiencies in their Online Application forms after observing that many of these Online Application Forms were deficient for want of one or more prerequisite documents which were either not uploaded or wrongly uploaded by the applicants.
After removal of deficiencies by the applicants during the stipulated time allotted for the said purpose, the Provisional Merit List of the eligible applicants for (10th based) Paramedical Diploma Courses-2022 is hereby notified and is annexed as Annexure “A” to this Notification, which shall be available on the BOPEE website www.jkbopee.gov.in for objections, if any, in this regard upto 05-07-2022 only. In case no objections are received within the stipulated cutoff date/time, the Provisional Merit List shall be deemed to be the final.
NOTE:
Those candidates who have failed to submit their deficient category certificate as mentioned against their names in Annexure “A”to Notification No. 045-BOPEE of 2022 dated 14-06-2022 have been provisionally considered under their respective category with the condition that they shall have to produce their valid deficient category certificate at the time of counselling, as & when notified by the Board, failing which they shall be considered under OM (Open Merit) Category.
The objections, if any, against Annexure- “K in the Provisional Merit List can be submitted to the Board in person at BOP EE Office Jammu/Srinagar during the working days till 05th of July, 2022 upto 04:00 P.M. failing which no claims of the applicants shall be entertained thereafter, in any circumstances, by the Board.
Keeping in view for lesser number of competing candidates for the (10th based) Paramedical Diploma Courses (FM PHW/MM PHW), the Board has prepared the Provisional Merit List (PML) of the candidates on the basis of merit/marks scored by these applicants in their qualifying examination i.e. Matriculation.
The applicants having equal marks/ percentage in the qualifying examination, the tie has been resolved by taking into account their date of birth, followed by the first alphabet of their name as mentioned in e-information brochure available on BOPEE website.
The names of applicants whose result is awaited have been included at the end of the Provisional Merit List. However, their actual Merit/ Rank shall be reflected in the Provisional Merit List once their 10th Class marks certificates are issued by their respective Boards and are received by the J&K BOPEE
The Board has provisionally included the names of those candidates whose D.O.B, Domicile certificate(s) are pending with the condition that they shall have to produce their D.O.B, Domicile Certificate(s) issued by Competent Authority during the time of counselling, failing which they shall not be allowed to participate in the counselling irrespective of their names included in Provisional Merit List
The Board has provisionally included the names of those candidates who have entered their marks while filling up of their online application forms but have not uploaded their 10th class marks card with the condition that they shall have to submit their marks card during the day of their counselling, failing which they shall not be allowed to participate in the counselling process. The ranks allotted to such candidates are purely provisional and their ranks may be changed after verification of their 10th class Marks Card during counselling process.
In case no objections are received within the stipulated cutoff date/time, the Provisional Merit List shall be deemed to be final.
It is impressed upon the candidates that the selections for these courses shall be made in pursuance of SD. 127 dated 20-04-2020.
The candidates must remain in touch with t he official website oft he Board. i.e. www.jkbopee.gov.in to remain informed a bout the counselling schedule which shall be notified separately.
