Provisional Merit List/Result of the candidates who have applied for admission to M. Sc. Technology Courses-2023 at SKIMS Soura
Srinagar: Conduct of Counselling thereof.

Reference :- Notification No. 144-BOPEE of 2023, dated 25-12- 2023

Pursuant to Notification No. 144-BOPEE of 2023 dated 25.12.2023, the Board notified subject-wise Provisional Merit Lists/Result of all the candidates who had appeared in the Common Entrance Test conducted by the Board and the candidates falling in the said Provisional Merit List/Result were provided an opportunity to submit their representations, if any, against the positions assigned to
them in the Provisional Merit Lists/Result within three working days from the date of its uploading of the said notification on the website of the Board. It is hereby notified that the Board has not received any representation/objection within the prescribed time limit and accordingly subject wise Provisional Merit Lists (PML) has been treated as final and final rank wise Provisional Merit
List (PML) is annexed as Annexure-A to this notification for general information of the concerned candidates which shall remain available on official website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

It is further notified for information of all the concerned eligible candidates that the Board shall conduct the physical round of Counselling of the candidates who figure in Annexure-A to this notification at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar simultaneously as per the following schedule: –

Note :

1. The candidates shall have to report at BOPEE office Srinagar/Jammu physically for Registration/Attendance and fulfilment of other formalities between 09.00 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. on the day and date of counselling i.e. 05.01.2024.

2. The candidates participating in the Counselling shall have to deposit an amount of Rs.1000/- (nonrefundable) as counselling fee on the day of Counselling through POS Machines available at the BOPEE Offices, Jammu/Srinagar through Debit/Credit card.

3. The candidates are advised to bring along all the original documents/certificates including Domicile Certificate/Category Certificate, if any, issued by the Competent Authority which shall be presented by them at the time of Counselling for check and verification by the Board.

4. Mere figuring in the Provisionally Merit List shall not confer any right on the participating candidates to claim any seat unless his/her eligibility shall be verified by the subject experts from SKIMS present on the day of counselling.

5. The Board reserves the right to make any change(s) as may become necessary in view of any technical difficulties or the reasons beyond its control.

6. The course-wise eligibility shall be verified during the counselling by the Experts from SKIMS Soura, Srinagar.

7. As and when the seats are exhausted the counselling process shall automatically be closed and no further claim regarding refund of counselling fee and allotment of seat(s) shall be entertained by the Board under any circumstances.

8. The seat matrix shall be uploaded on the website of the Board separately before the day of counselling.

9. For latest updates related to the counselling and availability of seats, the candidates are advised to remain in touch with the website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in The other terms and conditions shall, however, remain the same as notified by the Board in various notifications/notices issued from time to time in this regard
