JKBOPEE Provisional Selection List Admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma courses 2021

Provisional Selection List of candidates upgraded/allotted seats during Special round of counseling for admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma courses 2021.

Pursuant to registration of candidates after reduced cut off score by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, the Board conducted special round of counselling on 22-03-2022 at BOPEE office Jammu/ Srinagar Simultaneously for filling up of unfilled seats of Open Merit as mentioned in Notice No. 010-BOPEE of 2022 Dated 14-03-2022 of MD/MS/PG Diploma, 2021 and the seats that become vacant due to resignation / non joining of candidates.

The provisional list of candidates so selected/upgraded is notified and annexed as Annexure ‘A’ to this Notification, which shall be available on the BOPEE website
www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

The candidates so provisionally selected/upgraded under special round shall report to the respective allotted colleges/institutions w.e.f. 23- 03-2022 to 26-03-2022 (till 04:00 P.M.) along with all requisite documents/certificates either through online or offline mode.

The Heads of the Institutions are advised to furnish the list of candidates, who have joined against the allotted colleges/institutions, on 26-03-2022 (upto 5.00 P.M.)
positively through e-mail [email protected]/ [email protected] / [email protected].

The Heads of Colleges/Institutions are requested to allow the candidates to join against the allotted disciplines/colleges through both online or offline mode also in view of guidelines regarding restrictions on movement of public issued by the Government in view of spread of Covid-19 Respective Colleges/Institutes shall forward the shortfall, if any, on 26- 03-2022 (upto 05.00 P.M.) positively and shall also submit the list of candidates finally admitted, to the BOPEE on same date i.e. 26-03-2022 and ensure that no error takes place while submitting the consolidated list of candidates so admitted.

Note : For online joining, the candidates are advised to go through Annexure-C to Notification No. 010-BOPEE of 2022 dated 01-02-2022 which is available on BOPPEE website www.jkbopee.gov.in All other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified through various Notifications/ Notices & mentioned in e-Information Brochure.

This issues without any prejudice to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending before any competent court of law.
