JKBOPEE Provisional Selection list for Admission to Various Course
Provisional Selection list of candidates upgraded /allotted seats during Mop Up round of physical counseling for admission to NEET-UG AYUSH/BPT Courses-2021.
Consequent upon receipt of shortfall in respect of Notification No.35-BOPEE of 2022 dated 13.04.2022 and conduct of Mop up round of counselling in pursuance of notification No.37-BOPEE of 2022 dated 22.04.2022,
the list of candidates provisionally upgraded/allotted Colleges for admission to NEET-UG (AYUSH/BPT) Courses-2021 is hereby notified as Annexure-A alongwith wait list of candidates forming Annexure-B to this notification which shall be available on website of the Board viz;www.jkbopee.gov.in only.
The candidates forming Annexure-A shall have to report to the colleges allotted to them w.e.f 27.04.2022 to 04.05.2022 (upto 4.00 PM) and candidates forming Annexure-B shall have to report the respective Colleges allotted to them w.e.f 05.05.2022 to 07.05.2022 (upto 4.00PM) alongwith necessary documents including the following for admission:
Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation Certificate)
Marks Card of 10+2
Domicile Certificate
Category Certificate, if any.
Valid Income Certificate in respect of Poor & Backward candidates.
NEET Score Card 2021
Any other document as may be required by the concerned college authorities.
The Heads of the Colleges/Institutions are advised to keep the admission counters open even on Holidays/Sundays for facilitation of the candidates for admission. However, the candidates should, in their own interest, avoid waiting for the last day to complete the admission formalities, as such delay has the potential of causing hardships to the candidates only.
The Colleges shall submit the shortfall, if any by 07.05.2022 (upto 5.00 PM) positively to enable the Board to take further necessary action in the matter.
NOTE :
As provided under Section 09 (2) of J&K Reservation Act, 2004, reserved category seats which have remained unfilled due to nonavailability of eligible candidates were converted into open merit and accordingly allotted to the eligible candidates on merit-cum-preference basis, however, College wise details of seats converted into Open Merit are as under:-
BAMS, GAMC(J) : CDP :01, BUMS GUMC(S): CDP:02 & SC:03, BPT CRC (S) : SC:01, ALC/IB:01 & CDP:01.
The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and shall be liable to be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate proves to be false/fabricated action as warranted under law shall be initiated against such candidate(s).
The Heads of Institutions/Colleges are requested to release the documents and fee to the candidates who have been upgraded during this round of counselling without wasting their time to enable them to report to the upgraded colleges by or before 04.05.2022.
The waiting list forming Annexure-“B” to this notification shall be operated by the respective Colleges/Institutions w.e.f 05.05.2022 to 07.05.2022, strictly on the basis of merit and eligibility.
The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified by the Board in e-Information Brochure/Notifications/Notices issued from time to time on the subject.
The Annexures-“A” & “B” shall be available on website of the Board only.
