JKBOPEE Provisional Selection list of B.Sc. Nursing Course-2023

Provisional Selection list of the candidates for admission to the Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Course – 2023 in the Private Colleges / Institutions of the UT of J&K after conduct of the Second Round of Physical Counseling.

Reference : Notification No. 099- BOPEE of 2023

In pursuance of the Notification No.099-BOPEE of 2023 dated 22.10.2023, the Board conducted the 2nd Physical Round of Counseling for admission to the Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Courses-2023 in the Private Colleges/Institutions of the UT of J&K on 25.10.2023 simultaneously at BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar.

The list of provisionally selected candidates who have been Upgraded/Allotted seats on the basis of Merit-cum-Preferences filled by the candidates on the day of counselling is hereby notified as per Annexure-A to this Notification, which shall remain available on the
official website of the Board: www.jkbopee.gov.in only. The candidates shall have to report to the respective Colleges allotted to them for completion of admission process upto 31.10.2023 till 4:00 p.m. along with following documents in original:-

1. GNM Marks Card of all Semesters/Years.

2. Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation Diploma).

3. 12th Class Marks Card.

4. Domicile Certificate.

5. Any other document as may be required by the College Authorities.

It shall be sole responsibility of the Colleges/Institutions concerned to ensure proper check and verification of documents/eligibility as per the eligibility/guidelines issued by INC / J&K Paramedical Council before the candidate is allowed for admission and in case of any discrepancy in the requisite eligibility/documents, the same shall be reported to the Board for further course of action under rules.
The provisionally selected candidates shall have to mandatorily report for admission to the allotted College/Institutions by or before 31.10. 2023 upto 4:00 p.m. along with their relevant certificates in original, failing which they shall not be eligible for further rounds of counseling, if any, conducted by the Board.

The Heads of the concerned Colleges/Institutions are advised to furnish the shortfall, if any, on 31.10.2023 upto 5:00 p.m. positively to enable the Board to take further necessary action in the matter.

Note : –

1. All the Heads of the concerned Institutions/Colleges are requested to keep their admission counters open on Holidays/Off days to facilitate the candidates to complete their admission process well in time and the candidates should in their own interest, avoid waiting for the last day for completing the admission formalities as the delay in such matters has the potential of causing hardships to the candidates only.

2. The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and shall be liable to be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate(s) proves to be false / fabricated, and action as warranted under law shall be initiated against those candidates.

3. The candidate(s), if any, found to have concealed any information, his/her selection/admission shall be cancelled abinitio and fine/penalty shall also be imposed upon him/her as may be deemed proper by the Board in accordance with the laid down rules.

4. The Heads of the concerned Colleges/ Institutions shall keep record of the admissions and send the shortfall of the candidates, if any, who have not completed their admission within the prescribed time mentioned above through E-mail viz. [email protected] & [email protected] on 31.10.2023 upto 5:00 p.m. positively along with hard copy duly signed by the Head of the concerned Institutions.

5. The Heads of the concerned Institutions/Colleges are advised to release the documents/certificates and fee to those candidates who have been Upgraded during the 2nd Round of counselling so that they may be able to report in the respective allotted colleges well in time.

6. As notified vide Notification No. 099-BOPEE of 2023 dated 22.10.2023, the provisional selection letters have been issued to the candidates on spot after their participation in the counselling and the candidates were advised to report to the allotted College / Institution immediately after receipt of provisional selection letter. In case any candidate fails to join the allotted College/Institute upto 31.10.2023 he/she shall not be eligible to participate in the subsequent round of counselling i.e. upgradation round, if any, conducted by the Board. It was further notified that the Provisional Selection list of the candidates indicating Application Number, Name, Gender, Category, Name of Institution and Discipline shall be issued after conclusion of the counselling.

However, the provisionally selected candidates shall be allowed to complete their admission formalities by or before 31.10.2023 upto 4:00 p.m. However, in case of errors, if any, in the allotment letters the Heads of Institutions shall proceed as per Annexure-A to this
notification issued on the subject.

The other Terms and Conditions shall, however, remain the same as notified by the Board in the e-Information Brochure and Notifications/Notices issued from time to time in this regard.
