Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to B.Ed. Courses – 2023 in Government College of Education, Canal Road Jammu, Institute of Advanced Studies (formerly Government College of Education) M.A Road, Srinagar and Composite Regional Centre (CRC) Bemina, Srinagar after second round of counselling.
Reference :- Notification No. 128-BOPEE of 2023 dated 29.11.2023
Pursuant to Notification No. 128-BOPEE of 2023 dated 29.11.2023, the Board conducted Second Round of (Upgradation/Allotment) counselling (physical) of eligible candidates for admission to B.Ed. courses-2023 in Government College of Education, Canal Road Jammu, Institute of Advanced Studies (formerly Government College of Education) M.A Road, Srinagar and Composite Regional Centre (CRC) Bemina Srinagar on 01.12.2023 at BOPEE office Srinagar/Jammu simultaneously for filling up of seats received as shortfall and the seats which had remained unfilled during 1st Round of Counselling. The list of candidates provisionally Selected for admission to B.Ed. Courses -2023 is hereby notified as per the below Annexure-A to this notification.
The provisionally selected candidates are advised to report in their respective allotted colleges upto 7th of December, 2023 till 4:00 p.m. along with the following documents in original: –
i) Qualifying Marks Certificate (10+2+3);
ii) Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K / Ladakh (for candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent Authority of UT of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate);
iii) Category Certificate, if any;
iv) Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate and
v) Any other certificate/document required by the concerned College/Institution.
The Heads of the concerned Colleges/ Institutions shall get the certificates verified from the Incharge admissions before allowing the concerned candidate(s) to complete admission formalities.
The Heads of the Colleges / Institutions are advised to furnish the details of candidates, who do not complete their admission formalities as shortfall on 07.12.2023 upto 5:00 p.m. to the BOPEE office Jammu / Srinagar positively through e-mail [email protected] / [email protected]
Note :
1. The admission of the candidates selected during 2nd round of counselling is purely provisional and shall be liable to be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate(s) proves to be false/fabricated, and action as warranted under law shall be initiated against such candidates.
2. The Heads of the concerned Colleges/Institution are advised to ensure to admit only those candidates whose documents are complete in all respects. In case any deficiency is found during the verification of the documents/certificates including Marks Card, such candidate(s) should not be allowed admission under any circumstances. Any lapse in this regard will be the sole responsibility of the concerned College/Institution.
The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified by the Board through e-Information Brochure/Notifications/Notices issued from time to time in this regard.
