Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to GNM/ANM Courses-2024 in various Govt./Pvt. Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K and Ladakh after conduct of 1st round of physical counselling.

In pursuance of Notification No. 065-BOPEE of 2024 dated 30-07-2024, the Board has conducted the first round of physical counseling w.e.f. 12-08-2024 to 20-08-2024 simultaneously at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar for admission to GNM/ANM Courses-2024 in various Govt./Pvt. Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K and Ladakh. The list of candidates provisionally selected for allotment of seat(s) / Institution as per their merit cum preferences is annexed as Annexure-A to this Notification which shall remain available on official website of BOPEE viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

The candidates provisionally selected shall report for admission to the allotted Colleges / Institutions by or before 27th of August 2024 (up to 03.00 P.M.) along with their relevant certificates in original. The concerned Heads of the Institutions shall complete the admission process after checking the eligibility of candidates and verifying the following documents:

i) Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K / Ladakh (for candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent Authority of UT of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate)

ii) 12th Marks Card;

iii) Valid Category Certificate, if any;

iv) Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate and

v) Any other certificate required by the College in accordance with the rules.

Note:

1. All the Heads of the Institutions/Colleges are requested to keep their admission counters open on holidays/off days to facilitate the candidates to complete their admission process well in time.

2. The candidate(s) who would conceal any information at the time of admission, the candidature of such candidates shall be cancelled abinitio and fine/penalty shall be imposed upon him/her as may be deemed proper by the Board in accordance with the laid down rules.

3. The allotment of seats has been made in accordance to the provisions of S.O. 176 of 2024 dated 15-03-2024 read with S.O 305 dated 21-05-2024.

4. The Concerned Colleges/Institutions shall ensure that, in case a person with disability, is selected in open merit or some reserved category, the college / institution concerned shall refer such case(s) to the Medical College concerned for the constitution of special Medical Board to assess such candidates and make recommendations based on which colleges shall take further necessary action. In case any such candidate does not fulfill the bench marks of disability, he/she shall not be admitted to the course / college and the matter shall be reported to the BOPEE.

5. For fee related query, candidates provisionally recommended for admission are advised to contact the concerned College / Institution.

6. The Heads of the Institutions shall keep record of admissions and send the shortfall of the candidates, if any, to the Board through e-mail viz, [email protected] / [email protected] on 27th of August 2024 at 04:30 P.M. positively.

7. The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified in the Information Brochure and Notifications/Notices issued by the Board in this regard from time to time.
