Provisional selection list of candidates upgraded/allotted seats during Mop-Up round of counselling (physical) for admission to NEET MD/MS/PGD Courses including seats under the HM and NRI quota in the ASCOMS-2024.

Notification No. 015-BOPEE of 2025 Dated 21-02-2025
Pursuant to Notification No.014-BOPEE of 2025 Dated 17.02.2025, the Mop-Up round of counselling (physical) for up-gradation/allotment of seats to NEET MD/MS/PGD Courses including seats under the HM and NRI quota in the ASCOMS-2024 was conducted by the Board on 20th & 21st of February 2025 at BOPEE Office Jammu/Srinagar simultaneously. The list of the candidates who have been provisionally upgraded / allotted seats / disciplines in Government/Private Medical Colleges/Institutions are hereby notified as per the Annexure “A” to this Notification which shall remain available on official website of the Board i.e. www.jkbopee.gov.in only.
The candidates upgraded / allotted seats/disciplines / Institutions shall have to join in the allotted Institutions by or before 24.02.2025 upto 4.00 P.M. positively.
It shall be sole responsibility of the Colleges/ Institutions concerned to ensure proper checking/verification of documents/ eligibility as per the guidelines of MCI/NMC before the candidate is allowed to join the course, he/she is provisionally selected for.
The Colleges/ Institutions shall submit the shortfall, if any, to BOPEE Office, Jammu/Srinagar upto 5.00 P.M. on 24.02.2025 through e-mail jakbopee@gmail.com / helpdeskjakbopee@gmail.com / coejakbopee@gmail.com.
All participating Institutions/ Colleges shall treat all Sundays and Gazetted holidays as working days especially for the concerned admission sections so that the candidates may not face any problem in completion of their admission formalities.
Note:
1. The admission of the candidates upgraded/allotted seats during this round of counselling is purely provisional and shall be liable to be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate proves to be false/fabricated, and action as warranted under law shall be initiated against such candidates.
2. It is hereby implored upon the management of all Colleges/ Institutions to ensure the veracity of documents, particularly the Category Certificates wherever the admission is to be granted in lieu of a particular Reserved Category.
The other Terms and Conditions shall, however, remain the same as notified by the Board in the e-Information Brochure and Notifications/Notices issued from time to time in this regard.
