Final Selection List-cum-Allocation of Cadres & Departments for remaining Class-IV Posts under the provisions of the Jammu & Kashmir Appointment to Class-IV (Special Recruitment) Rules, 2020, advertised vide Notification No. 01 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020- Release of withheld cases thereof.
In reference to the above captioned subject, it is to inform that the Board, in its 272nd meeting, among other agenda items, deliberated about various withheld recommendations of Class-IV Selection, notified vide No. SSB/Secy/Sel/Class-IV/2021/6202-09 dated 06.10.2022, and forwarded to the General Administration Department vide letter No. SSB/Secy/Sel/Class IV/2021/6273-78 dated 18.10.2022. In the Board meeting it was decided to release the withheld recommendation in respect of Mr. Vinay Sharma S/o Subash Chander R/o Langar Tehsil Sunderbani, figuring at Serial No. 1839, Roll No. 131154382812 under OM/HCM category, in Divisional Cadre, Kashmir, Public Works (R&B) Department.
Accordingly, I am directed to convey the above decision of the Board and release the withheld recommendation in respect of Mr. Vinay Sharma S/o Subash Chander R/o Langar Tehsil Sunderbani, figuring at Serial No. 1839, Roll No. 131154382812 under OM/HCM category, in Divisional Cadre, Kashmir, Public Works (R&B) Department for the Class-IV posts, advertised vide Notification No.01 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020, on account of fulfilling the deficiencies.
It is further submitted that the document verification/scrutiny conducted by the Board is limited to the extent of establishing physical possession of Category/Degree and ascertaining genuineness/validity etc. or otherwise of the same and recognition status of the Institution, shall be responsibility of the Indenting Department/ appointing authority. In case any certificate/document,
during the course of verification, turns out to be fake/fictitious, the Board may kindly be kept informed and posted, besides appropriate criminal proceedings against such candidates may kindly be initiated.
Also, the Certificates produced by the candidates, on the basis of which they have been assigned additional weight-age, may also be verified from the issuing authorities as the final merit has been determined on the basis of the written Score and additional weight-age claimed by the candidates.
Further, the eligibility of the candidates in respect of the Minimum and Maximum qualification for these posts (10th and 12th respectively) has been accepted on the basis of the self- declaration of the candidates and the appointing authorities may satisfy themselves on this account before issuing appointment orders.
In terms of Government Order No.1003-JK(GAD) of 2021 dated 27.09.2021, the candidates, whose recommendations are released by the Selection Agency, shall submit their Personal Verification Roll (PVR) before the appointing authority within a period of 21 days from its release, failing which the candidate(s) shall forego their right to appointment forthwith.
This recommendation is also subject to any ongoing inquiry and outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending before any competent Court of Law.
