Final Seniority List of Senior Assistant Level-5, (29200-92300) Divisional Cadre Jammu As on 31.12.2022

Whereas, a tentative seniority list of Senior Assistant Level-5, (29200-92300) Divisional Cadre Jammu, was circulated vide this office communication No. CEJ/DPC/Sr.Assistants/A-59/1932-65 dated 28/01/2023, wherein, it has been directed to all the controlling Officer(s)/DDO(s) for further circulation of the seniority list of Senior Assistant to the Unit Office(s) / Subordinate Office(s) falling under their control for information of all the concerned officials and inviting objections “if any” within a period of 21 days. The circular dated 28.01.2023 inter-alia contained a stipulation that after the expiry of the said period, no objection in this regard shall be entertained.

Whereas, some representations have been received in this office with the documentary evidences for correction in their Bio-data, taken them into consideration and final seniority list of Senior Assistant, has been framed and is being circulated accordingly.
The seniority list shall be without prejudice to the final outcome of any writ petition(s), if any, pending in the competent court of law.
The date(s) of birth & category status of the officials recorded in the seniority list shall be subject to further verification from the service books/matriculation certificate/category certificates issued in respect of these officials by the concerned authorities.
