Merit list and Select List of engagement of Anganwadi Workers Duggan

Whereas vide this office Advertisement Notice No: 01 of 2024 dated: 07-06-2024, applications were invited from eligible female candidate against 02 vacant posts of Sanginis (AWWs) of Project Duggan.
Whereas 14 candidates have applied against 02 available vacant posts of Sanginis (AWWs) in project Duggan.
Whereas the merit and other necessary particulars of all the candidates were scrutinized/checked on 10-10-2024 by the committee constituted vide Govt Order No:- 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated:- 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No: 222 -JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022.
Whereas vide this Office advertisement Notice No. 02 of 2024 dated 27-07-2024, the provisional /tentative merit list and provisional /tentative select list regarding engagement of Sanginis was published in Daily Excelsior dated 31-07-2024, besides displaying on conspicuous spot at Tehsil/Blocks/Panchayat Buildings/Anganwadi Centre Buildings etc for wide publicity.
Whereas the Provisional Merit List and Provisional Select List was issued with certain riders/observations put against the candidatures of 05 candidates by the Selection Committee.
Whereas after the expiry of 10 days from the date of publication of this office Notification No. 02 of 2024 dated 27-07-2024 in in Daily Excelsior dated 31-07-2024, the riders/observations of 01 candidates were omitted in Provisional Merit List and Provisional Select List and thereafter reviewed by the Selection Committee after receiving necessary/requisite documents/ reverification of ward residence proofs from applicant/ SDM.
Whereas the candidatures of 04 Candidate of AWCs Proper-Panyalag and Madhota-A in the Provisional merit List were rejected by the Selection Committee due to non fulfilment of selection criteria/production of requisite documents/ other requirements etc.
Whereas after the expiry of 10 days (prescribed time frame) from the date of publication of this Notification No. 02 of 2024 dated 27-07-2024 in Daily Excelsior dated:31.07.2024, no grievance(s)/objection(s) of any kind has/have been received.
Whereas vide letter No. DPO/K/Poshan/2024-25/999-1003 dated 05-11-2024 on the basis of recommendations of Selection Committee, the merit list comprising of total 10 candidates for different AWCs and select list comprising of 02 candidates for 02 posts of Sanginis was submitted for approval to Additional District Development Commissioner Kathua in terms of clause V of Govt Order No:- 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated:- 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No: 222 -JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022.
Whereas Additional District Development Commissioner Kathua vide letter No. ADDC/K/8/24-25/992-95 dated 08.11.2024 has conveyed approval to the recommendation of Selection Committee in terms of clause V of Govt Order No:- 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated:- 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No: 222 -JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022.
Therefore in view of the above and as per the procedure laid in the above referred Govt Orders, Final Merit List and Select List as Annexure-A and Annexure-B respectively is hereby notified and is published for the information of general public and all concerned.
Further Grievance(s)/Objection(s)(if any), the appeal in this regard shall lie before Deputy Commissioner Kathua under clause XI of HRM Policy reffered above within 10 days from the date of publication of this notification/list. No grievance(s)/Objection(s) of any kind shall be entertained after ten days from the date of issuance of this notification/list and the selection shall thereafter be considered as final.
