Merit List of Anganwadi Workers/Helpers Surankote

1. That Director Mission Poshan J&K has given approval for the engagement of Sanginis (AWWs) and Sahayikas (AWHs) vide Letter No. MD/Poshan/ Esttl 13328-35, dated 09-05-2023 in respect of Poshan Project Surankote.

2. Accordingly Vide Advertisement Notice No. 03 of 2023 dated 13-12-2023 applications were invited from eligible candidates of respective wards for engagement against the approved vacancies.

3. That advertisement notice was published in Newspaper 1) Excelsior 2) First Reporter and 3) Hind Samachar. Further, copy of advertisement notice was uploaded on District Administration Portal besides providing to the Chairperson concerned BDC, DDC and Sarpanches. The notification was also displayed on notice board in the office of DPO, CDPO, Panchayat Ghars etc and the cutting of newspapers are hereby enclosed.

4. That sensing the poor response to the advertisement the last date was extended upto 25-01-2024.

5. That till last date of receipt of application only 02 Nos. of application forms were received for Sahayikas (AWHs) and no application were received in respect of Anganwadi Center Murad Kote, Ward No. 01, Panchayat Marhote Upper.

6. That accordingly merit list and tentative Selection list was prepared as per documents provided by the candidates in accordance with the criteria fixed and issued by Social Welfare Department Vide Order No. 222 JK(SWD) of 2022 dated 30-11-2022 and 103 JK(SWD) of 2023 dated 28-04-2023 and No. SWD-ICDSI43/2022 dated 18-08-2023.

Hence Merit list of Candidates who have applied for the post of Sahayikas (AWHs) in Poshan Project Surankote is submitted before committee.
