NHM Pulwama Selection List of Staff Nurses & Nursing Tutors

Provisional Selection List of Staff Nurses & Nursing Tutors In response to the Advertisement Notification No: NHM/DHS/PuI/447-452 Dated: 24-08-2020, and as recommended by the committee headed by District Development Commissioner (Chairman District Health Society) Pulwama, the candidates tabulated below are provisionally selected and hired as Staff Nurses in High Dependency Unit, DNB, Dialysis Unit & District Hospital Pulwama & Nursing Tutors in GNM Training School Pulwama on contractual basis for a period of one year.

NOTE:

The selected candidates are informed to report, along with all the original/relevant testimonials in the office of the Chief Medical Officer-Pulwama (Vice Chairman District Health Society-Pulwama) within 21 (Twenty One) Days of the publication of selection list.

Contract will be offered by the District Health Society Pulwama.

Contract for the next financial year will be extended on the basis of the performance of candidate.

The hired candidate shall have to execute an agreement bond with the District Health Society Pulwama on a prescribed format which is available in the office of the Chief Medical Officer Pulwama.

In case at anytime it is found that candidate has resorted to fraudulent means his/her candidature will be cancelled without given any prior notice to candidate and is liable to punishment under relevant law/rule.

The selection is strictly subject to the verification of the certificates from issuing authority. In case of any deficiency with reference to the eligibility etc proved at any time, the candidate shall forfeit his/ her candidature.
